The Store is one of my personal favourite coffee shops is Amsterdam. Lovely and well knowledgeable staff, a great choice of strains and edibles. And their food / drink menu is very diverse. Would recommend the strawberry milkshake! Very chilled atmosphere and always feel welcomed here.

I've been coming to "The Store" former "Doors Coffeeshop" since the nineties. Whenever in Amsterdam it usually is our first stop. Friendly service, reliable and consistent. Very gezellig and their amnesia haze is fantastic. Love it.

I do not know what happened to the old crew, good people they had. We went there, we bought what one can buy from a coffeeshop, and wanted to sit and smoke (we were 3) and as we started rolling the stuff, the guy came over to us "hey you must order Something if you want to sit down" and I was like "order what bro we just bought something" and he replied "if you do not drink anything you have to go. I will come back in 5 Minutes and ask you if you wanna drink something again." we said fine we will leave in 5 mins, approximately after we finish rolling. He came back (in less than 5 mins) and told us to go, with a really anxious mood and a scammer attitude. I used to love this place and come here every time,I used to tell people to go to this specific coffeeshop cuz I knew these WERE good people. I see not anymore. Big loss of The Store to "Scamming Tourists in Amsterdam" Tradition.

I have been going to The Store since 2019 and have always enjoyed my visits. Such a relaxed atmosphere, great coffee and great smoke. I sometimes do sketches of the places I go, this one was a must! You can see more on my instagram @salford.esk

I’m from Colorado, used to work in Colorado’s 420 industry. Bulldog was top top notch. Killer flower, and a great environment to relax in. They played some great tunes too. All the staff were cool and helpful. I highly recommend

Had the worst experience in my whole visit to Amsterdam in this place. If I could, I’d leave 0 stars. Don’t come here if English isn’t your first language or you have thick accent! English isn’t my first language and I have a thick english accent. I wanted to buy a joint of Gorilla Glue, which wasn’t explicit in the menu it was hash mixed with tabacco. The guy in the register offered me the mixed tabaco joints before this and I told him that no tabacco for me, but when I asked for the Gorilla Glue pre-rolled joint, which I saw after in the menu, he sold it to me, even though I told him I don’t smoke tabacco. I only did one puff and realized it had tabacco on it, which is really bad for me bc I get dizzy, nauseous, light headed, even mu heart rate was affected. I had to rest a lot there (around an hour). I told him he sold me tabacco, and he said that he showed me all the joints with tabacco and the pure ones: be minded that it can be a little overwhelming seeing that huge menu. He did offered me some water. But my rating goes beyond this, which was a really bad misunderstanding with poorly client service experience. I went to talk to the ¿owner? about this, that the other guy sold me a tabacco joint when I told him I didn’t want tabacco, if there was a refund of some sorts or whatever bc I wasn’t going to smoke it, and I was feeling really sick from that puff. I guess the guy felt threatened or something, but he was INCREDIBLY rude with me. He said that there was no refunds, which could make sense, but also that I should know my weed, and that Gorilla Glue only comes in hush (no buds), which isn’t true (and wanted to make me feel like a n00b). He also said that I should know how to read a menu, bc if it says GB in the hash section, it will be mixed with tabacco in the pre-rolled joints… and his nom verbal expressions were as bad as his customer dealing. I told him tabacco makes me sick, he never asked me how I was, or acknowledge my experience as his client. I started to feel uncomfortable and not listened, I told him that for future customers they should be more explicit, specially if they’re working in a tourist area with customers that english isn’t their first language, they should be more empathetic and communicative, he just kept smiling and noding, no apology or acknowledgement of the problem.

My favourite spot in Amsterdam! It was the first coffeeshop I’ve visited and I have anxiety so I was worried what the experience would be like. I do smoke usually so I know what I’m looking for thankfully but the staff were very welcoming so I’m sure if you needed advice they’d be more than willing to help. I got a chocolate milkshake which was delicious, I stayed for two prerolled cali joints and the vibe was amazing, I really didn’t want to leave to check into the hotel. Highly recommend this place.

Went in Today after a recommendation from a mate, no longer the doors cafe but place didn’t let me down. Friendly staff not pushy but happy to help. Definitely the strongest pre rolled joints I tried anywhere and good price. Highly recommend the blood orange kush and the Dutch brownies ! And quite happy with prices. Will pop back definitely

We bought 3 strains of flower and they were very nice (blood orange & white runtz & Skywalker haze) so we bought a 3rd strain ice cream cake which was more expensive and 2g. I did ask to look at it but got a blank stare so just asked for 2g in good faith as the others we had bought were very nice. When passed the bag after paying I immediately looked and smelled it and it didn’t smell like ice cream cake at all… didn’t smell of much of anything. I asked straight away if I could exchange it or get refund to which I was told no. We smoked and vaped it anyway with mighty and Dynavap but just as I thought it was terrible and tasteless. The milkshake drinks we had were nice, some of the weed was nice and reasonable priced, The service was poor and the ice cream cake was terrible and top of the price list.

Weed is great The guys also, nice coffeeshop but, after 16€ of weed 3 coffees for 2.50€ each we have been told “we’re not allowed to give free tap water” Well, personally, I’ll never refuse to give free water to anybody in general, but you people decide For me, this, make em lose 3 stars Ciao

The Store, which is in place of the old ‘The Doors’ coffeeshop, is a sweet hang out. Perfect location for an early smoke fresh off the train, the reverse: somewhere to chill whilst waiting to go home, and a midway point on a tiring walking holiday, it is situated brilliantly. The weed is great quality, we tried the ‘Donkey Butter’ which was awesome, and it was one of the few places to still supply the classic AK-47. The seats are comfy and if lucky enough u can grab the corner sofa. Only 4 tables total so it rarely gets too busy, that is apart from the continuous queue for their particular product. Staff were friendly and informative, and let me take a photo of their ‘Rolled/Royce’ blunt which went for 60 Euro!! Love the place, one of the best for a mature holiday maker, avoiding the hustle and bustle. Keep it up guys!

Saturday night, my friend and I go into the store at 00:45 to buy takeaway. After making us smell the varieties we want, he yells at us that The Coffeeshop is closed when it's time to pay (probably schizophrenic) I don't recommend this to anyone who wants to have a good time, with a good friendly welcome. I recommend the Greenhouse next door To be avoided

Great location with nice outdoor seating on the canal. They have a full service weed bar and allow you to smoke out on the patio. Good afternoon hangout in a group or solo.

If my memory serves me this place used to be called The Doors Irish Whiskey Pub. Interior looks the same. Fantastic selection of herbs and resins. We has a nice early evening smoke before dinner. Friendly staff.

Awesome Coffeeshop, great employees, weed quality is great and they have homemade space cakes. It's a chill atmosphere, and awesome music. If you want to get super stoned the cali weed did exactly that. Will definitely come back.

Located quite centrally in Amsterdam, at one of the beautiful canals. What i really liked is that it was not one of those dodgy dark coffeeshops, but that it actually looked like a proper café, that sells quite nice coffee and milkshakes (besides the obvious products), and which has a lot of seating outside. Beautiful on a sunny day, can recommend.

The Store is great for a rest. The shop itself is cozy and prices (starting from 9€/g) are fair. Drink prices are in the average. Milkshakes are a bit sweet (Banana is fine, rest get rid of the sugar). There is a Tv with live Sports. Regardless of that - The Store is a great place to relax - especially with the great seating area outside.

Simply the Best Coffeeshop in Amsterdam, if not the world. Here is an independant coffeeshop that has the most unique menu I've seen in my multiple trips to the city. You won't find the strains available here anywhere else, a must visit for any Amsterdam coffeeshop connoisseur!

If your visiting Amsterdam to experience the Coffee Shop culture then give this place a try. I wanted to be nosey with a cup of tea without the partaking and this place was fin. It’s a smoky place, a little too dark for me with music that wouldn’t be my choice but it oddly has a great atmosphere and the staff were extra helpful and they serve a good cup of tea. You can ask questions, sit and watch the world passing by, drink tea or have your medicated smoke and you won’t be out of place. And it is not compulsory to partake in the coffee shop experience if you do not wish to.

This place is fantastic, I've been going to Amsterdam for 30years and this is one of a very few coffee shop's that still keeps the old school alive. I didn't want to write this because I don't want this original coffee shop turned into one of the mass coffee shops I visited last visit, they've gone like MacDonalds, huge menu, even have to Que, but this diamond in the ruff please stay the same so people have an idea of how things used to be back when only the real adventurers crossed the sea, not like it is now, Disney land for pot smokers, a victim of its success

Friendly service, I did get a cup of coffee that was excellent. D got some soda. I'll post a view from our hotel window across the street. The nice lady there gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner that turned out to be a great experience.

Really loved it here, went everyday! Good music, good vibe, super friendly and lovely location! Cba also sit outside too if the hotbox vibe isn’t for you. Also their hot chocolates are amazing too! I liked this place because it had less of a crackhead vibe that some places had, it was just super chill and cosy!

Bit disappointed. No Doors music, only some disco. Bored service aren't any interest for customers. Weed aren't too good. Toilets are a bit nasty. Only plus side are a walls with Doors theme. So much potential little cofeeshop, shame...
