2 stars because of small menu and expensive prices, also 1 gram is like 0.7-0.8, but the weed is great and staff is nice. Hope they change the menu

White choco hash and destroyer are amazing, the rest is also really good. Overall my favorite one and don't mind doing the bike to get it even if its farther than others, staff is also really kind

Bought pre rolled joints, satisfied with the quality and price, although it's the first time I've been in a coffe shop in the Hague so I can't compare. Elected best coffee shop in the Netherlands.

The Point, you have good product, which is the difficult part. But service has become significantly worse during the past years, specially after you won the national prize. Bad enough to give up the quality due to your employees.

weed and hash is okay ... Customer Service rarely any good Usually only 1 lovely lady that works there, the other ladies always give up such an unfriendly vibe with the look they give ; couldn't hurt to just be friendly and neutral towards your GUEST. This Tuesday 18/08/2020 again the same blonde lady with tattoos giving me a very irritated face as i arrive , she does this everytime...girl chill...i always react neutral though haha..just not very inviting... I rather drive a little further towards a shop where they actually celebrate you coming in and are very happy to help people and even give me advice, and i can leave with a smile :)

I’m a frequent buyer from The Point, but after tonight I’ll think twice.. I arrived around 10:30pm, there was only one lady(Dark Hair, Tatoo). She had an attitude, looked you with a disgusting face.. didn’t at all give the High Service treatment that i usually get as a Frequent buyer(1-3 a week from the other colleagues). I told her that she gave a Very Bad Service compared to her colleagues. My advice after tonight, if you are someone that is looking for a High Service Treatment(witch you deserve for paying for the Product) think twice before coming here.

Nice place designed as an apotheek. You could see all stuff with your eyes to choose from but also personnel always helpful to make your choice. Reasonable prices. Have a small lounge.

A truly great shop with a fine choice of strains, nice pricing and weighing policy. I would name it my favorite if not for the rude lady (long black hair) at the counter. She could not work with people even if they were dead. Please consider finding someone more professional.

Very good coffeeshop with high quality weed. A lot of weed types to chose (especially 8 types of haze) which is very rare in other coffeeshops even to have 4 types of haze. Very small roasting room which fits only for 4 people. Additionally they got toilets for customers which is surprising. The place it self is very nice and cozy. Crew is nice and polite. I give 4.5 because of prerolled joints which have too much of tabaco.
