Great weed at best prices in town if you go for 5g. Since the best reviewed competitor has risen it's prices this is the place. Please consider having a position of dabs (the shelf life is long and no one has it here) Much love!

Personel should take care about environment inside the coffeshop.. not be on the side of their colleagues if there is an issue, they should be professional. Quality of weed is really bad recently ! Chemical weed.. too much chemicals.. synthetic additions ... believe me that we customers feels the difference! Quantity is never correct! Always you receive less . Too much criminal atmosphere around

I am making this review because despite me going to this place every week for at least two years now, I have had a very sad experience tonight with one worker there. So, I wait until it's my turn, I then politely ask him to provide me with a gram of something and then I continue talking to my mom on the phone, as he was weighing the weed. Note that I am not Dutch and I see my mom once a year so the least I can do is call her. This guy then, in a very annoyed way, tells me I cannot talk on the phone there and I'm like ??????? so I ask him "Sorry why is that?". He goes like "if everybody were to do that then...". I turn around and I see that literally everybody is talking, in fact it was quite loud in there as the queue was very long. So I ask him "is it because then you are not able to hear your customers?" and he said in a very condescending way "no it's because it's not nice towards us". Honestly, there is another guy working there that is always very nice to me and always smiles at me so I'm sorry that I'm probably not going back there ever again. But no, I cannot accept this, this was unmotivated rudeness and I'm not taking it. I have all the rights to talk on the phone to whoever I want and after a long day at work I choose to come to you to buy my weed and I all I ask in return is plain and simple respect. IF I'm ever going back there again, just know I will only do it because of the other guy that always showed such respect. This really ruined my day so the only reason I'm writing this is for him to know this is not acceptable, and maybe think twice before he treats another very loyal, recurring customer this way, or anyone for that matter.

I bought 5 grams, came to home and only 4.25g is here.

Great quality, fair prices. No smoking area in the shop but there is a table where one can roll a joint to enjoy outside.

Menus is big, so everyone finds there something, usually quality relates to price (higher-better). Staff is mostly chill.

Asked fro 5g weding cake gived 70 euros got back 7.50euros... do not trust you guys no more.

The quality of their products is good, no doubt. But sometimes I have doubts that the quantity you asked for is a little less. You cannot see how much your product weighs. The weight machine is hidden under the counter so you cannot see either you are getting the right amount that you asked for or is it a little less. So it would be better if they weigh the product in front of the customer.

terrible weed quality. just cause you are wearing a white coat, doesn't make you a dispensary. This is Zuid Holland, not Southern Cali.

Weed is good, sometimes u can get there brilliant buds, most of workers are friendly, but not everyone (it's only one person) but it's made huge impact on experience in this shop. Strong 4 stars coffeshop

Friendly staff when it's quiet, efficient when it's busy. Decent menu and prices, standard for Leiden.
