Staff are friendly, the weed is quality and the prices are really good. For all these reasons, Best Friends is one of my regular go to coffeeshops, I nip in after work most days. The only downside (maybe, depending on how you look at it) is how INfrequently they update their strains. For me personally, I would like to see more variety in the store however, one of the members of staff explained to me that they do this deliberately, the reason is that they aim to be more consistent with the strains they do have, rather than trying to order something different every time. Like i said, I would prefer variety, especially seeing as the quality is good and the price is better.

Used to have the best priced weed- and good quality, but in recent weeks the weed has been too wet, which weighs more, costs more and smokes terrible. I brought the organic weed today and just realised that it is 50% stem and seed- I know it's outdoor weed but getting 30! seeds in a 10 euro bag is just a bit insulting. Staff is always kind and professional.

You guys need to check who you hire to watch the door. One of them is incredibly rude and makes you feel like you cant come in, he only works weekends. I come every day but I will stop if you dont fix your security staff. I come because its easy not to me made uncomfortable. Fix your staff or your business will suffer profit loss

I am a regular customer , and I always have to pay attention to weight and quality. Sometimes I have to check all grams because I pay for 1 gram and is 0.99 or 0.98, seconds about quality, I love your coffee shop but if I always buy the same product and one time is perfect and soft, second time is old and hard with different taste and smell...isn’t that nice for a regular customer! I hope you can change in better!

CAREFUL DO NOT BUY HERE! There is lots of plastics or glue or something in most of the higher grade weeds you can but here. Do not smoke it. very dangerous.

It's a nice coffeeshop since it got renovated and they have a good variety but the prices seemingly go up very often. I've saw a 50% increase on the price of some strains since I started buying here. I'm not sure who their target customers are given it's distance from the center but as a local I'm keeping my eye on prices in other nearby shops.

This coffee shop/dispensary was definitely was my best friend during my stay in amsterdam, it was a 2 minute walk from where i was staying and they have good quality bud for a very cheap price, they were very helpful and explained what bud i needed for my mood. Highly recommend and cant wait til the shop opens fully. 5 star for the staff
