Still one of the best choices in Amsterdam. Always a friendly service and pleasurable stay. Best Coffee you can get in a Coffeeshop besides the extraordinary weed Menu. Edibles were also very delicious.

Just arrived here they prefer cash... ordered a tea for my wife and I needed some papers as mine were wet from the pouring rain. But only had a despenser that only takes cash. They could not even offer me 1 paper. When said not to worry as I can't smoke without papers guy behind the till slams down the lid to a box on the counter scares my wife and give us a dirty look. Definitely not the place I want to chill at with that attitude

Super friendly staff, great vibe inside and a good selection. Comfortable sofas too! Came here the most during my 5 days in Amsterdam

The coolest place to chill. I was there during the day I can only imagine at night how cool it would be. Amsterdam is definitely on my list to come back to. I will make this my place to chill

first time coming here today - it's spacious with really comfortable seating, nicely decorated and the lighting is good. plus it's clean! staff were friendly and helpful, great range of products available across different price ranges. and as a house music lover, the music on this day was perfect

One of my favorite and best in town. Lot of sits to stay a moment and chill while enjoying some of the best products in Amsterdam. The boss and the budtenders are really cool and the music is always good ! Always a stop !

I didn't really like the place after putting it on my list of shops to try. Compulsory bud purchase even if buying drinks, screams tourist trap to me. Won't return on my next trip

Thought I would give 1e hulp a visit after hearing good things. I ended up there every day of my visit. Really helpful staff with awesome things for sale.

Came for the cat, but saddened to find out it died :( The men in the counter were friendly and the edible that I bought sent me a to a different dimension. Would love to come and chill here again next time I'm back in Amsterdam.

There's no place in the world that feels more like home than 1eHulp. They have the best products, staff, and atmosphere. We can't wait to visit again in a few months' time.

Became our go to Coffee shop. Halfway to the Hotel and safer to get back when your well baked at night! Some shops were great but small. 1E Hulp has great seating areas to lose hours in without too many pesky stairs. Can't speak for other reviews because Bud tenders were friendly and helpful every day of our trip. Great bud, best memories! Favourite shop by far!

I went today with a friend of mine, I’ve been there two years ago and had a pleasant experience but this time the budtender wasn’t very nice to us. When we came in, I right away stated that I will be paying by card. This guy continued insisting in paying by cash even though I didn’t have it and take it from the ATM with fees. Just to make it clear I was buying a €50+ a gram bubble hash, that is not even smokable because it wasn’t even cured…. The craziest thing was when he proceeded to slam the PIN machine on the counter. I strongly recommend to go to other shops in the centre, together better experience and most important better product

Chill vibe, the budtendor was more then happy to just chat to me and my pals. Flower is decent nothing i disliked but its the extract that blew mw away hash rosin is beautiful. Bare in mind it is cash prefered and is abit away from the city centre.

I have been coming to 1eHulp since my first visit to Amsterdam. Absolutely love this place, you can not fault it! They have always had a great menu offering great Dutch/select Cali's/rosin etc! I smoke Cali so I got some Cindy Kookys and the RS11 x LCG. They were both reasonably priced and both coming 11/10. Highly recommend coming to 1eHulp!

Good coffeeshop. It has nice electronic music, a relaxed vibe and the weed is mellow. However, it has a lack of proper air ventilation inside; I hope this can be fixed.

Great store, good service, great products. The edibles are potent and super yummi. New favorite coffeeshop. You could actually talk to the people working there. Not that shop and go feeling you got in the majority of the shops.

We came our first night in Amsterdam and this was flawless. Budtender was super kind and knowledgeable, preroll joints were fantastic, and the coffee was great too We came back the next night, but the new budtender gave us spliffs when we ordered pure joints. There are no markings on the joint or box so we didn't realize until we began smoking. When we brought this to their attention, they didn't offer to replace and didn't acknowledge or care that they messed up. We never smoke nicotine so this was very unfortunate.

It is one of my favourite coffee agios and has been for years. Never had a bad smoke. Staff friendly, nice atmosphere and ,,, comfortable seats !!! Bonus.

What the hell is wrong with the dude working in the morning?? I said good morning and he couldn’t even be bothered to look at me. I asked for a paper and he said no!! Disgusted how rude he was. I’m guessing the weed is just as bad as the customer service. Don’t go here.

I agree with everyone saying it’s a good Coffeeshop . They really have nice variety of buds and good hash . But they do some weird stuff like give you 0.8 instead of a gram or 1.8 instead of 2G. Had this happen to me a few time and that makes me give it a 2 star and never go there again .

It's fine enough. The smoking area was clean and there were a few levels to choose seats in. I'd have rated higher, but wasn't given much of a welcome.

Stars are docked mostly because whoever was running the counter was very much not friendly. It was my first time in a coffeeshop in Amsterdam and he was very unwelcoming and made it not a very enjoyable experience. Apart from that, the preroll I bought was probably about 80% tobacco so do with that what you will, but personally was not at all what I was looking for nor expecting.

This used to be one of my favorites places to go when I lived in Amsterdam, but the last two times was terrible. The staff was extremely rude swearing at customers using very bad words and screaming at some silly and honest mistake a costumer made. In addition, the staff was also rude and intimidating people who wanted to pay with pin and courses them to access their bank account and withdrawal cash from the ATM machine they keep in the entrance. Super uncomfortable experience and embarrassing for my guests that were visting Amsterdam for the first time. Nowadays this is a paranoia-inducing coffeeshop. Furthermore, the quality of the flower and of the extractions has decayed drastically. I am not bringing anyone there ever again.

Absolutely love this place. I've been to Dam 4 times and everytime I have to make the trip to this place. Most chill vibes, by far the best range of music, perfect with a group or just as a couple and the staff are all super friendly, not quite the same without their lovely cat Rizzla but still by far my favourite coffeeshop. Bless up all the staff at 1e and I'll see you guys in a few months

Awesome coffeeshop. Quite a small serving area but plenty of seating once through the glass door, upstairs and down. All topped off with excellent friendly service from a really nice guy on a bucket hat!!! Very highly recommended

Okayish coffee shop, prerolls were filled to the brim with tobacco but they didn't mind you smoking your own stuff, weren't fussed about nonsmokers coming in either. Staff were quite friendly and the coffee was nice

went to buy weed and have a chill time but one if the workers was so rude, we just got it and left without sitting. so so rude. the other one had to make an apologetic look beacuse of him. so not nice.

Told us we cannot pay by card, and that there is an ATM (they own)in the coffee shop. Mean while someone entered and payed by card. Not being able to pay by card is very suspicious in the Netherlands nowadays

Nice coffee shop, reasonably priced with plenty of options to buy. They also sell drinks. Warm 2 floor seating area with booths to sit and smoke in. Good background music. Was quite busy when we went but managed to get the booth on the bottom floor right at the back, a nice out of tehe way spot for a group of friends that’s not too loud. Easy to find on the main road and access via transport. Highly recommend.

Had really good filtered hash for good prices. Stuff got a lil worse I think but Overall Not Bad Quality. BUT the best Shop to Just relax and hangout in whole Amsterdam.

Staff were rude, unhelpful, demanded cash, then had no change to give you when you did use cash despite there being a card machine on the counter. Felt like we were an inconvenience being there, won't return.

My new go to coffee shop in Amsterdam. Came upon this place by accident and boy am I glad i did. Just a wonderful selection of very high quality products and a very chilled clean smoking area. I go to Amsterdam about 3 times a year and will be back to this establishment first. Only complaint no lock in the gents toilet. Had to sit and hold the door closed. Other than that highly recommended.

Away from the tourist trap and walking distance from funky munkey. 1 e hulp. Great little location. Quality of product is exceptional. Normally would come here for grape strain. No grape atm however I would recommend the platinum blackberr.tastiest strain around. Been here a few times. Relaxed and very hospitable service. Must visit

Fair prices, fair selection and good service. Of course the moonrocks, Rizla the adorable cat (loves sleeping on jackets)and large seating area are a big plus. Good for adults just coming from Central station.

Cool coffee shop that have bongs you can borrow, and soma grown haze is sold here , real nice friendly atmosphere inside with the smokers with plenty of neuks and crannies to sit in , the guy serving thou ...wow he couldn't even fill the bong with water and seemed very reluctant, usual Dutch service and anti tourist vibe

Customer service is quite bad. Employee with beard was flirting with a girl customer in a weird way and left other people waiting for 10 min before closing and after refused to attend everyone else because he was lazy and wanted to close before closing time. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it.

One of the few coffeeshops which open real early so if you got off an early morning bus this coffeeshop is perfect and it is actually one of the few places where they have a bong which you can ask to use which is a proper big piece, the cat will try to lick your coffee foam and sniff your purchase to approve

Went there in Jan 2020 as heard good things but unfortunately ended up being the worst experience I've ever had in Amsterdam. Just very very rude and unaccommodating is all I will say. Glad it wasn't just me tho, after reading these reviews it seems they're just bad.

I was there early in the morning and people were coming only for pick-ups so I had a place for myself. There is a very curious and very cute cat. Tasty edibles.

Super chill ambience, cool music selection, and the staff is really friendly (especially the resident cat, who deeply enjoyed kneading and napping on my jacket ❤️). We visited during a weekday around lunch, so the place was mostly empty, which we enjoyed. The edibles were also delicious. We will certainly come back here :)

Very good choice for a newbie to the Amsterdam Coffeeshop scene. It took me 4 days to work up the courage to go in, but once I did I was immediately at ease. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable, and the famous cat was extra cuddly! The owner even lended me his own lighter which was much appreciated. I'm glad I picked this as my first Coffeeshop.

Really chill place away from the touristy coffeeshops. Very friendly staff and great music. Product was probably the best we had during our stay in Amsterdam. Drinks are a bit pricey for my taste 2.50€ for a 0.33L water isn't justifiable really.

Very unpolite guy served me, they didn't have coffee(it's called coffee shop). But the stuff to smoke is excellent

Bought three "muffins" here after some people recommend this shop. Each of my friends ate one muffin and we waited 5 hours for something to happen. At some point we just gave up and went to sleep. Don't buy their edibles it's a complete scam.

Go here for a premier class lounge This is a very nice shop, especially their weed is good. Their hash is very expensive for the quality in my opinion (I recommend the royal cream deluxe). 1e hulp has a splendid lounge and a nice community

One of the best of not the best Coffeshop in my experience. Stuff is good, worth a buy.. not expensive at all Place is clean, friendly staff, good coffee.. Bonus feature: there is a cat... no explanation necessary. All in all.. worth 5 stars

Bought 5 grams of white widow for 35€ twice. First time the weed was good. The second time, no high perceived whatsoever and the weed burns too fast, not happy. When I smoke it I get frustrated instead of relaxed.

Amazing service. Prices a really tiny bit high but if you wanna enjoy a calm relaxed place. It's a small price to pay for great service, great weed and great atmosphere. No complains at all. No pictures at all to share cause it's a place you go to instead of showing pictures of.

Good weed, nice employees. Unfortunately the weed is kinda expensive in this shop. It's in the middle of the city centre, so that may explain the high prices.

Unfortunately the edibles we purchased did next to nothing. For .5g there was barely a detectable taste or smell, let alone effect. Should have stuck to the moon rocks as they seem to get a better review.

Rude service, went in with my girlfriend and stood at the reception for a good ten mins without even being acknowledged. One staff member ignored me despite making eye contact 3 times and me having my wallet in my hand ready to order and pay. The other staff member was too busy talking to a customer about spraying and selling weed abroad. So we just walking out. Nice shop but poor customer skills let them done, won’t be visiting or recommending.

Our favourite coffee shop was the first we landed at and we made sure we went back before we got the taxi back to the airport! Only place we found moonrock , very friendly and they have a cat

Every trip to Amsterdam I have been on I've visited this place, first stop for the real deal good prices, top quality, hard fluffy bud and the staff are brilliant, they can help you with your choice by giving you information and advice about what your after. Become a regular and they may even give you a bag with a grinder, a seed and a weed magazine for free. you can just relax and enjoy when sitting inside the smoking area. I Love the shops cat that just chills living the high life. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks 1eHulp will be returning again soon

This is the place to go for good quality weed. The keef is amazing and the moonrocks are even better. A little out of the way but well worth it.

There is a good selection of flowers here but I think you can find some that are a bit better elsewhere. The lounge area provided for customers is very chill. Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic little coffee shop, but you're only going here to do one thing so I guess buy a water or a coffee, choose what you want and enjoy.

Relaxed away from the centre so a little more quieter. Comfy seating upstairs, downstairs is pretty w@#k. There is a bad ass cat that lives here aswell who will out last any of you.

This has been my go-to Coffeeshop for almost 2 years. Less tourists than in town, excellent weed and hash :)

Used to be really good when it wasn't so busy. Weed was strong and tasty. Still good but I found weed not as strong now still tasty and worth a visit tho. Comfortable seating, polite helpful staff, and reasonable prices with exception of moon rocks €50 a g is over the top and not worth it imo. Oh and look out for rizzla the cat he's cool too

Loved the Hawaiian champagne. Cutest resident cat. Helpful, friendly staff, Very comfortable seating. I sat there for hours by myself. Until an insecure, catty local came in, felt threatened by my presence, smoked cigarettes, spoke in her language to the locals who were being friendly and helped made it clear I wasn't welcome. She was unaware I was being very restrained, being a South Londoner and an adult that can understand body language and gestures. Sad really as I enjoyed two evenings in a row there and would have spent more time and money. A little problem from a little girl so all in all. 7/10 worth stopping-by.
