Great Coffeeshop, the quality is always consistent and the bar workers are patient and nice, always looking to bring you the best high possible and ask the right questions. Deff my Go-to when in that part of Amsterdam.

I used to be a very loyal customer and would visit regularly. After a very disappointing and unpleasant experience on Thursday, this has now changed. I was inside the lounge smoking and waiting for my friend to join me, but my friend (who is a black man) was not allowed in. The guy working told my friend that the lounge is for members only. Now, there is indeed a sign on the door that says it is for members only but I have in all my times coming here NEVER seen that rule be enforced or even brought up. It has never been mentioned to me or any of the friends I've brought here before. My friend told the staff member that I was inside waiting and that I am not a member, and the staff replied that the rule does not apply to women. He then mentioned something about a recent rise in criminality meaning they have to be vigilant with registering people as members, and told my friend he could send a picture of his ID and come back to use the lounge the next day. Once again, I have been here too many times to count, I've witnessed many interactions and multiple people be let into the smoking area, and have never seen anyone be asked about their membership. I've also never had an issue bringing people here before, but this time my friend just so happens to be black and all of the sudden there's a problem? All of the sudden they're citing criminality as an issue? Ironically, when we went across the street to another coffeeshop thinking the lounge was open, the dude working there recommended we go to Happy Days. When we told him what had just happened, even HE said it was really weird, and confirmed that usually they just let anyone in and he's never heard of any rules like this. If you're going to have a membership policy, then you need to enforce it equally. If what the staff member said is true (which I doubt), that the rule does not apply to women, then that's also weird because what kind of strange sexist rule is that? Why would you not hold women to the same standard? But again, I have NEVER seen this membership policy be enforced or mentioned. I don't think that this actually has anything to do with a membership policy at all. The whole thing stinks of racial profiling and discrimination. Super bizarre and upsetting experience overall. I guess the Happy Days are only happy if you're white? I don't feel like I can come here anymore in good conscience considering how my friend was treated, so I will not be coming back.

Just wanted to leave a review about Coffeeshop Happy Days. My partner and I were staying just down the road from Happy days. So Happy Days very quickly became our local go to. Great selection of products and such friendly staff. Always welcoming and nice to talk to. We both loved the vibe of Coffeeshop Happy Days. Edibles are 10 out of 10! Ended up in Happy Days everyday, sometimes even twice a day. Thank you ever so much. When we come back to Amsterdam, we will definitely be back to Happy Days.

Its a place where they're gonna try to screw you over if you're a girl and they think you don't know better. Bought 2 grams, the dude took a bud that was over 2 grams and mangled it until i got 0.7g stick.

Lovely little Coffeeshop that sells good quality weed and has cheaper stuff as well, little smoke area in the back which was nice for a quick smoke, alot quieter than the ones in the city. Really friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely come back if I was in the city again.

The owner of the coffee shop is extremely arrogant and rude. Treats employees badly, treats customers badly and the fumes are very weak too. If it weren't for the owner of the coffee shop maybe it would be good. Ill-mannered and arrogant owner

The place is very cool and the personal very kind. Here I tried the best edibles in whole Amsterdam and you can play billiard and watch tv as well in the smoking room.

This is the perfect coffeeshop for people who would like to smoke and drink. Their weed is very good and the man that works there was very helpful and the bartender was very nice. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.

I like this coffee shop. People are so helpful. Haven't smoked so well in ages. Wasn't far from the hotel which was at the Rai. Beautiful location.

Nice staff, always friendly and helpful. Price to quality ratio on the weed is not great but if you're willing to spend more then they do have nice high end strains, but the price is really high for the good weed and the cheap weed is not great.

Product quality is on a level. Different flavors of muffins and cakes. Clean and nicely decorated The welcome feeling that you do not get anywhere else quickly.

If you want to go to a place that gives the best customer service experience, then Happy Days is the place to go! Such lovely people working there, made me and my partner feel so welcome. Ambience was lovely and the bud was amazing quality! One of the guys who worked there (maybe the owner) was so lovely, made us feel so welcome and gave us complimentary lighters! Keep up the good work. Can’t wait to go back there. Will definitely be the first place to go when I get off the plane! Love you guys. Milla and Dan. X
