I had a very disturbing, and honestly quite painful experience at your shop today. I came by bike and parked it on a car parking place just in front of the shop. Since the side walk is very narrow, and there were no cars around, I thought it was a good idea. Especially since the shop was empty (it was around 1:45pm on the 3/2/26). When I ordered, the lady at the kassa told me that I could not leave my bike here, and she seemed quite upset. As I didn’t want her to think I was being disrespectful, I tried to explain her in Dutch why I had put it here, telling her I was sorry and would not do it again. She answered on a very agressive tone, telling me not to make problems. I was not making problems, but trying to explain her, especially since she seemed so angry. Anyway, my Dutch is not good and I have assumed that I didn’t express clearly, so I asked her if I could speak English. She said yes so I started to explain again, but she cut me, telling me that if I was going to be difficult, she would make me move my bike before serving me. At that point, other customers had entered the shop. I told her I could do that, no problem, but she told me on a very agressive tone not to be difficult. She pressed me to get my product and some other stuff I can’t remember. I really didn’t understand why she was so agressive and berating, and I felt so helpless that I must admit I snapped and reacted poorly. I stormed out shop leaving the product on the counter. The cashier seemed outraged, and I ended up doing the scene she was accusing me on doing ;) And not without showing a tasteful middle finger. I am very aware that your cashier will have another version of that story. I am autistic and I can miss clues (and snap), but I don’t miss people’s responses. That’s why I try to explain when I feel I have misjudged a situation, and potentially offended someone. She had no way to know, but that’s also the case with any other people I encounter every day, and who keep acting decent. It was an extremely unpleasant, humiliating feeling.

The girl behind the counter is the most unpleasant budtender (i'm not sure she can even be addressed as such) i have had the misfortune to interact with. Haughty, patronising and extremely arrogant, her parents clearly failed miserably at teaching her proper manners.

Chilled, friendly staff. There’s a large selection of strains; some I’ve never seen or heard of before. Prices are fair and reflect the quality/strength. Was happy with all of my flower and overall it was some of the cleanest

Lovely shop fantastic tasty bud. I got the indica pre rolled 5 pack gummies 15 mg and cookies cinnamon all very good very tasty and very good prices, joints were super strong

Here they steal your money! Paid with 50 euros and got change back from 20 euros. When I tried to raise a complaint they became very rude and denied it happened. Just another typical low level shop run by low level people. Groets.

I bike all the way from Amsterdam to visit the squad on a weekly basis almost, they have the best selection of the legal weed and staff is always nice, everything is fairly priced i would say compared to Amsterdam, recommend for sure

When i was there they didnt have big hash joints and the small one didnt made me anything at all, and the quality is very bad... idk about the other hash or weeds but the place doesnt look very confident

Good selection on menu and reasonable prices. Smoke was bang on. Staff friendly would definitely recommend when visiting zaandam. Only downfall no place to sit down and have a smoke and coffee inside

Great clean and legal weed, i dont trust a lot of shops as i've been sold laced weed before (cant disclaim the name as even though theyre poisoning people, because they threatened to report me for slander, and cops will just see me as "just another junkie"). Dealers are not an option anymore either, they'll sell you garbage that smells good at first but later you'll learn that its cheap weed that's been treated with terpene bags; making it smell like a populair more expensive strain. If only ALL coffeeshops/dealers offered clean wares...but thats not reality. The only reason why i'm not giving 5 stars, is because you can't sit inside and enjoy a smoke.

The reason for me to have a 3 star review relied and still is that the lack of a menu regarding the versality of hasj. Yes they have brought the legal weed for me they get a 4* Cheap and good weed but just that The staff is actually chill with you if you are a chill person ;) Fast on the selling part And nice edibles Thats all

Staff are friendly, helpful, and work fast too. There's no stress about questions, they're quick to help. There's a decent selection, and all that I've tried are nice. The coffeeshop itself is small, but simple, and when I come to buy, I'm out in just a minute. The best word I can use to describe this coffeeshop, is easy.

The COG Legal Weed is from the government. Is very nice stuff and cheap to get popularity! I recommend Legal Weed. They grow plants

I just bought 2 grams of big budda cheese and this is what i get. Not only to say that your hash is not good also. Just stopped buying in headlines and started coming here and I'm treated like this. Now i don't go neither to one or another.

Whilst the shop is quite nice: 1. In 2023 pre-rolled joints are still made with tobacco and only one is tobacco-free and it's called Reefer. 2. Unfortunately it's only take-away. It would be nice to have a room to socialize.

For my opinion the best i try here at the moment AMG USA.... ACAPULCO HAZE Mango HAZE They have original Californian weed too but i didnt try.

Some of the friendliest personel you can ask for, great deals and good weed, what more could you want. Would've been great if you could also sit in our round the place, but its not too big of place so i cant blame them, nice place overall, you can pay either with card or cash.

I've been going to this coffeeshop for 8 years but always rarely. The prices are very high in proportion to the quality, weed is often dry or crumbled and quality isn’t the best. Anyway the staff is always kind and smiling, very good vibe.

Nice weed and real gram..some people say it's expensive and better go to sloterdijk..but hey you go for free there?you have to pay also..so what's the point when you lose money amd time..I prefer this one..

Decent menu with pre packed bags, no choice for 10, 20 or 30 euro loads. In grams only. No seats nor smoking. Buzz to get in. Only go if need be.

One of the most overestimated coffeshops. There is good quality weed but prices are unreasonable (i.e. OG Cheese is very good but costs around 13 euros, it's sick). Also I have objections about their treatment of clients. I don't recommend this coffeshop.

Greetings Earthlings, I have come to this place many time when I visited Zaandam and I have come to the conclusion that all the pre-rolled joints are pretty bad overall, sometimes you get lucky but most of the times its just an expensive sigaret, their opening times are really bad and their weeds are really expensive, they have a lot of choice though so I give them credit for that and the personnel is really kind, always, I give it a 3 out of 5..

Although the quality is reasonable to good the prices are also. It was a nice cafe but in the past years they closed the biggest part, and now you can only buy at a window. No sitting area available, not even to roll a quick stick. They dont seem to care about a cozy atmosphere for guest, and even real patients get screwed here. They let me come for what they 'said' was medi weed several times, and than it was not there. They told me to go. why ? they promised ME several times to sell some medical cannabis...
