On Friday evening I was turned away because my ID expired by a few months - bare in mind I hadn't realised this myself as no one has been anal enough to deny it AND I am also 31 years old. But this wasn't the issue or why I am leaving this review because I understand establishments can have stricter rules than others and that's fine. However the interaction I had with the girl behind the counter (I think she had glasses) was beyond the realms of normal service. After she made her unnecessarily drawn out point about my ID by pointing at the card and questioning me of the date in a very patronising manner - once I realised it had expired she and I quote said "well it's not in date and for that reason I am going to have to ask you to step outside" with a smirk and smug look on her face - you'd expect this sort of response from a bouncer trying to de-escalate an aggressive situation which it was far from. She should seriously consider her tone and use of language because one day when she is not behind a counter, she may encounter someone who will put her in her place. The funny thing was I didn't need anything and was just accompanying my boyfriend inside and thought I may as well as I like to support local businesses - what a mistake! Would rather put my money into a shredder than support somewhere like this.

Only one woman is nice and polite. The rest of the people working there are not nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and a nice place to sit. Selection is more heavy on the hash and pre rolled, only a few options for weed by the gram. They also had boardgames which was very fun!

The quality of the joints was very bad, and I and my girlfriend ordered a banana shake and we had to ask if they had made a mistake because it didn't taste like banana at all. In addition, the dependents (a boy and a girl)They looked at me like I was an idiot while telling me that it was indeed the banana shake. I give one star for the treatment and quality. I love The grass company in Tilburg, The quality is much better, I don't understand how there is so much difference and a minimum of quality is not maintained. And it's not just me who thinks this, you just have to look at the rating of both places. Have a nice day.

You don't have to go to the center, which is a big advantage

Can not roll a joint inside the place with sigarret?? Understandable that is not allowed to smoke a joint rolled with sigarret inside the place. To roll your joint with sigarret inside the place is also not allowed. What harm can that bring?? This was my first and last time. I'll give 3 stars the weed is good

I have no idea where all the good reviews have come from or how this company has managed to make a franchise out of this tourist grab. It is easily the worst quality product in the country, wet PGR chemical products that is harsh to smoke and gives you headaches. Should be ashamed.

The pre-rolled joints are about 90 percent tobacco. I spent sixty bucks on fifteen cigarettes, basically.

Just a good coffee shop with friendly employees with a nice smile and willing to give good advice. The security also improved in their way of checking all people visiting this place, and good to see that they make it a pleasure to visit. Quality is good, but sometimes we have products that can be better, but that's 1 out of 25. So improve the quality of some products and it will be 5 stars.

The staff seem really nice once they’ve checked your ID. Brabant or not, the ID check is a bit overkill. That said, the gear is well packed & the presentation is in line with branding. They have space to enjoy your purchase- the only place in Den Bosch to have this in air conditioning. Good selection of smokes and edibles. The Brownies are the amazing superstars that steal the show. More of those pls !!! Drinks & few other nicknacks are also available & they accept MasterCard & VISA in addition to IDEAL & cash. Plus they speak English. I love you guys & I wish your brownies weren’t so expensive! :

I am half dutch and half English. I have an ID for both nationalities but was denied entry with the security guard saying I was a tourist. I have lived in Tilburg for the last 4 years and can speak Dutch. Their loss. Spend your money in a place that welcomes everyone, is inclusive. Not this hick, hillbilly coffee shop

Very unprofessional place, yesterday they let me in and buy joints and the next day I couldn't saying that I can only get in with Dutch ID, I went back asking the security if I really needed Dutch ID or just ID and he said Dutch ID knowing that he was lying, I wasn't happy with my rolled joints from the previous day and I went to buy only weed on the next day and this happend ( 25/02/2023)(14:00), very bad experience !!! ( I don't recommend this place for rolled joint and the staff did nothing to help). Not coming back !!!

very helpful and kind staff, but my pre rolled hash do not taste like hash :/ I don’t know if I was unlucky or if it’s normal to put a lot of tobacco mixed to the hash but it’s a no for me, next time must try the edibles because it shows to be the speciality’s of the house.

The guy at the door is so rude. He didn’t let me in cause i’m german and not a resident of the Netherlands (which, never heard of this rule but fine). He rejected me in a really disrespectful way, even insulted me cause i stood there next the the shop (in shock) for 5 more seconds. Don’t go there. Not worth it.

This place is my absolute worst experience in a coffeshop. Was visiting a friend in Den Bosch, tried to buy weed here. Despite having plenty of proof that I am a resident of the Netherlands they denied to sell me any, refusing even to talk to me. Extremely rude and absolutely racist. Real real nasty employees. Stay away from this place. Had to send a Dutch friend to buy, he was not asked for any proof at all. The weed is of average quality at best. ????????

wat een fucking onzin, ik woon 9 jaar in Nederland, ik heb al sinds 4 jaar eigen koophuis in Rotterdam, was in deze coffeshop vandaag geweest (omdat ik op een cursus in Vught zit) en niet naar binnen gelaten omdat ik een Pools ID hebt, gewoon discriminatie! En trouwens ik ben geen jongetje, ik ben 30... Daarna had ik mijn taxi chauffeur gevraagd of hij kan wiet voor mij halen, en ze hadden hem ook niets verkocht vanwege mogelijke "doorverkoop". Slechste coffeshop ooit!!!!! Vervolgens de security mannetje was echt onardig tijdens het gehele verhaal.
