I would give zero stars!!! Don’t buy there it’s a scam!! We bought 3 spacecakes and there should be 0.4 grams in there but they didn’t even had an effect. They were very unfriendly and didn’t even explain what’s really in there. It’s a scam be careful.
Empty Coffeeshop because quality and service are low a.s.f. ! Not good atmo and quality of hash and Weed was terrible Like the Mad service from old Guy with Glases was Just angry. No Time, very pressure to buy there old dry hash and buds for high price. Truly stay away from this Shop. Pity Indid Not read the Bad Feedbacks here before
Bought a pre rolled joint for €6 thinking it was a fair price. As soon as I bought it he said we had to leave and couldn't smoke in there. When I then came to smoke the joint it looked and smelt like it was full of tobacco. I waited till I got back and tore it open and it was literally just pure tobacco (no exaggeration). Total rip off merchant and would definitely never visit again.
Small place! The guy running it was very pleasant and funny. It was right next to our hotel !
If you are a lover of good things, do not hesitate to come, it is a mandatory stop, quality, very good price, kindness and the site where you will find what you are looking for...
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terribly terribly rude owner. wouldn’t allow us to be at his premises unless we bought a significant amount of weed. He Even forced the people in our group that dont smoke to buy weed from him, the tea and coffee they hadn’t purchased apparently wasn’t enough to earn them a seat. Taking Advantage of tourists, all while being extreme rude to everyone. DO NOT GO HERE!!
The owner told us that he will not serve us because we were not sure what we wanted to drink and we were choosing the drinks for too long and that he couldn’t care, there was no one in the line behind us as well. We didn’t do or say anything inappropriate, we just took a bit longer to order. Absolutely bad experience, don’t go here, there are plenty of other coffees nearby where they appreciate clients.
Top notch! I realized I never had real hash ! Feeling like a new born ! Amazin'!
Very chill atmosphere and really cool interior design
Cofee super chill good wibes and good weeds !
I would never go there again. If you take a photo for review, the rude owner will kick you out and humiliate you publicly. And the coffee was just so so. Not worth the price and horrible experience. Stay away.
Awesome coffeeshop , really nice vibe inside , nice staff and has a sleeping cat on their own dedicated chair.
Super friendly stuff, nice weed and really good music
amazing vibe and service .. also amazing choices of weed
A nice older gentleman greeted us at the door and welcomed us in. I had high hopes and good vibes. Unfortunately, we had Such a terrible experience here. Our group went in to find if there was room (6 of us) and we were about to go down from the lounge and purchase after settling and arriving moments ago. The female staff member did not take kindly to us from the start (not even a group of Americans). She rudely told us that we had to buy something, of which I immediately smiled and obliged and she still had an awful attitude. A few of us made purchases. About 15 minutes later, she returned to kick us out for absolutely no reason, because we “weren’t buying anything and would we behave this way in our own country?”. She said we were preventing them from making money. She said there were other groups waiting for our spots because we were “taking up all the space”. Offput and very confused, we kindly complied and left… and there were definitely no groups waiting for our spot…. Literally no one. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I’d never had someone behave so ugly. Overall, just a very negative experience which has never happened to me in Amsterdam before now. I hope the owner knows that this employee will lose them money, and she absolutely did. For being in a very touristy area, you’re going to need tolerant and polite employees and we are completely reasonable people…. Prices were reasonable I thought, but when you have so many great options In the area, think twice about going here if you don’t want to be treated poorly. I recommend purchasing & leaving if you associate with the business at all. I will not be returning and will strongly discourage any others from visiting. Edit: I see now there are many reviews about a rude and unwelcoming female employee here, and that hasn’t changed as of this review. Wanted to mention that the music was upbeat and enjoyable for those curious.
visited 5 shops in amsterdam in one day and one was by far my favorite one. super chill vibe, very friendly staff and the house cat is the cherry on top of the pie. if you’re in amsterdam looking for a good shop, i definitely recommend this one
man the customer service is great. I love the ho.e made cakes. very string
Verry nice
The best coffeeshop in town!! A must go when in Amsterdam
Barraka coffeshop is located on Gravenstraat (Grave Street), a small side street near Dam Square. The street is closed to automobiles, though it is heavy in foot traffic given its proximity to key Amsterdam attractions. One end of this street leads to De Nieuwe Kerk. This translates as The New Church. Contrary to its name, this is a famous and old church-turned-museum, concert, and exhibition hall. At the other end of this street is Nieuwendijk (New Dike), a busy section of the city’s most popular shopping district.
Great place. Love the cat ❤
They tried to sell us gelato and it was ammi or haze!! 30euro... cookie was good tho
This is my most favourite place to be in the world! An absolute gem in the centre of Dam, great atmosphere that is filled with intention and love. The owner was super friendly and attended to us at every given moment. I found myself constantly wanting to be there to soak up the rich culture and soul soothing reggae, all encapsulated in one space. I've officially made it my getaway spot and will be returning at least twice a year. Thank you Hans for making us feel at home!
Cool and okay
Great little gem off of Dam square, great food, super friendly staff, and affordable. Not the best bud, but still respectable and the pancakes more than make up for that.
Good location right by dam sq. All the weed smelled the same, like freshly cut grass. When challenged on it the dealer agreed they all smell the same but he doesn’t smoke so he doesn’t know. Didn’t purchase.
Small coffee shop but nice
Nice coffeeshop with some tasty bubblegum & the best budtender in Amsterdam
Small coffee shop with a decent selection of things to try. Worth a visit.
Grungy little coffeeshop in Winnetou-style, very sweet and cozy. Tasty cake, good coffee. With house- cat :)
Really friendly people ... it has a chilled vibe and we seemed to keep coming back to this one! Definitely worth a visit!
Best coffee shop! Went with mum and it was our favourite spot. Super friendly and helpful- accommodating too when we had missed our flight and returned quite late!
