Very nice brown haired girl, makes a perfect service. She knows the all the products very good. Thank you!!! Very nice dutch weed, very nice hash!!! Great quality! Cali Weed looks like the typical PGR (one had a very nice high, but i cant say its worth 20 Euro a g). Regards, the man with the hat.

I come here every time I’m visiting, this is my preferred coffee shop always. It’s better than every one I’ve tried and I will continue coming due to the kind staff behind the counter, and the excellent selection. Today was a bit different and it’s why I only left 4 out of 5 stars. I was dropped off and everything went fine for me. However my mum was outside in her car and wanted to wait until either I was finished or until another car needed to come pass through the street. Then comes the security guy who was no where near the entrance at 17:00 today screaming at her and getting in her face saying that if she doesn’t move her car then I can’t make my purchase. We both can understand that it’s not allowed to idle the car there but to be spoken to in such a way was awful and unnecessary. If he would have just simply asked if she could move, as they don’t allow it, none of this would have happened. The security guards are usually so nice and funny! I’ve even had to wait with one before and again I’ve never experienced treatment like that ever. To the kind staff and normal security guards thank you so much for making Pyramid so welcoming. I hope the security guy from today around 17:00 has a better day and maybe remembers to treat people with decency in the future.

Bought a vape from them, when paying I asked if it contained HHC or THC and was told it was THC. I get home and check it out, what does it actually contain? 50% D8 and 35% HHC Why lie to your customers about this? Very disappointing

As alluded to previously, staff here are very good. Not just welcoming but honest and with enough knowledge. Love the menu but stopping the 5 stars was a couple of very poor hazes’ I got. I guess that can happen. Recommended

Staff deserves 5 star . Great customer service and well spoken bud tenders . Overall they have a decent menu with flower hash and ALSO extracts . Some of the “cali” strains are not “cali” but they’re hash it’s amazing you have to try . Wide selection with very high quality hash . Would recommend.

For the staff I would give 5 star . Great customer service and well spoken bud tenders . Overall they have a decent menu with flower hash and also extracts . Some of the “cali” strains are not “cali” . The quality of bud is around 7/10 but they have some great hash . As quality always rules (FF) I have to give it a 3 star .

Good shop with nice seating and the coffee was decent. The menu is good but weed little pricey. The " packaging crew " was friendly. Not a place close to lock your bike to anything.
