The place itself is clean and welcoming, way more than the normal coffeeshop in Amsterdam, and that's why give 2 stars and not one. I went inside to buy some flowers, but being new to the subject, I asked details on the differences between the different varieties, both in flavour and effects. I just wanted more details to make informed choices, and the time of the afternoon was chosen so that there were few people inside - that is, there was no queue. Instead, I was pushed to choose some variety without any further explanation or consideration. For the transaction itself, everything was normal, but I was condescended to by the staff. I am sorry it happened, and I hope it is only my experience, but this leaves me with a bad aftertaste, and it surely won't convince me to come back to this place.

Such a beautiful atmosphere, came from England, I'm English Italian, everything was great and the workers are fantastic. By far the most friendly place I visited, special mention to the lady with the dread Locks, She was most accommodating, very professional and made me feel very at home! Thank you so much I hope I see you all again!

Prices are fair. The staff just viciously kill the vibes though. They kept giving people a hard time for really trivial things. I tried putting my bag down at a table before I ordered. That was a big issue. I ordered a coffee, and then asked to order a second for my friend and got the most condescending annoyed attitude for it. Still confused by that one. Friends who arrived and wanted to say hello before ordering were yelled at. Just a really uncomfortable experience overall.

The interior is great, maybe one of the nicest ones in Amsterdam, but the staff wasn't very helpful, the guy that was serving us didn't know much English and didn't really care much to help us choose or explain much about the products. I also didn't like the requirement that if you wanna sit in the coffe shop you have to have a drink (even if you bought cannabis form them), and they told us that rule after we bought the weed and went to sit on a table. Overall, not very friendly atmosphere.

Friendly staff, amazing selection of weed and hash. 1 of 2 coffee shops in Amsterdam that I can say. You can really appreciate if you are a connoisseur. Most definitely try this one out.!!!!!

Been trying to remember the name of this place since I was last there and just remembered hence this review, it was the worst coffeeshop experience I've had in Amsterdam. Walked inside to the woman behind the counter shouting at a customer over something, great start. Walk up, say hello and ask if they sell single grams as the menu was all listed in 2g+ for flower and got a very sarcastic yes response. Decide to buy a gram of amnesia for €10 as I already don't like the vibe of the place and it's one of the cheapest things on the menu bar pre rolls. She hands me a pre bagged gram of amnesia from behind the counter (knew in my gut I should've walked away at this point). She asks if I'm smoking here or leaving, I say I'm just going to roll it and leave and she says ok. Took two steps towards the smoking room just beside us to sit down and roll and she barks at me like she did with the other guy when I walked in that I HAVE to smoke if I go in there, and since I'm just rolling I have to sit in the front of the shop. Not like the smoking room was full there was a handful of people in there it was basically empty. So I sit inside and roll by the front window, guy next to me gives me that look of "yeah, she's a b**** isn't she". The bud itself was absolutely dreadful, didn't expect much from €10 of haze anyway but this was just downright awful, you'd get more of a buzz from a cigarette. Grim place, no wonder why it was almost empty in the middle of the day while hundreds of people passed by outside.

Worst coffeshop I've ever been to. Bought a pre-roll mix joint only to find it was 100% tobacco, the woman who served me was extremely rude and passive aggressive when we were just being nice and asking questions about the menu. Would never be back avoid if you don't want to get ripped off.

My recent visit to this coffeeshop in Amsterdam left me utterly dismayed. The service I received was beyond appalling, with the staff displaying a shocking level of unfriendliness. It's astonishing that a place that should be known for its relaxed atmosphere could have such a negative vibe. The employees appeared disinterested and were anything but welcoming. If you're seeking a welcoming environment to explore Amsterdam's offerings, I strongly advise against wasting your time at this establishment. The poor attitude of the staff overshadowed any positive aspects this coffeeshop might have had.

Disappointing Experience with Unfriendly Staff I had high expectations for this coffee shop, but unfortunately, I was very let down. To start with, the coffee was lukewarm and tasteless, not to mention the musty odor that lingered in the air. The service was not only indifferent, but the staff was also downright unfriendly, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. The prices were exorbitant for the quality provided. The seating area was cramped and uncomfortable, and it appeared as if the place hadn't seen a renovation in years. The selection of pastries and snacks was limited and looked like it had been sitting around for days. I truly felt uneasy and couldn't wait to leave. All in all, my visit to this coffee shop was a major disappointment, exacerbated by the unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. I really can't recommend it and definitely won't be coming back. There are certainly better options in town that are worth a visit.

Mediocre product with high prices, server was very cold and was smoking a cigarette behind the counter. Can't comment on much else as we bought and ran due to the tobacco smoke.

We called in and had arguably one of the best lattes of our entire trip, so good we had 2 each! Tangie was nice and flavourful, chairs were comfy and the view of the water was beautiful. Highly recommended

Just brought 2g apple haze. I'm actually shocked that a coffeeshop with this many ratings can get away with selling CBD bud on their menu as normal. The Apple Haze is CBD bud. easy to tell. No wonder they give out free papers and grinders with every purchase. This is basically robbery. + 5 euros for a small red bull is pretty steep. May aswell go to family first next door

Really bad coffeeshop, mens toilet taps didn't work, weed was like low quality UK from the 2000s 4/10 and I'm being generous, o and i almost forgot apparently aswell as buying weed you have to purchase a drink in order to sit down :/ this coffeeshop must bee doing great (sarcasm)

Honestly the best coffee shop in Amsterdam, From the moment we first walked into this coffee shop we new it was "the one" They had Yorkshire tea available which was a massive positive in my eyes as I love English tea, Also the staf sung happy birthday to my girlfriend and was always extremely smiley and full of information, We will definitely be coming back soon, Thankyou to all the staff here at superskunk.

Hated this shop, I was meeting a group of friends who were already seated, I didn't need to pick up anything but ordered a drink out of courtesy, the man who was working literally harassed me as I had my water bottle on the table, saying it needs to be in my bag or I need to leave. This killed the vibe and we all left without buying anything.

Very nice coffeeshop. Weed is nice in quality and taste. The lady at the counter was extremely friendly. Only warning is to NOT!!! buy the brownies. Bought a strong one for 10€ and it had literally no effect…. That was dissappointing. Aside of that, I would definetly go there again.

Karim is such a nice gentleman! I came here based on a previous review and I was happy I made the time to check this place out! They have great coffee and a variety of other fun “coffee”.. it’s a great place to visit on your own or with friends. The prices are great and the environment is welcoming :) I definitely recommend taking a trip here if you’re visiting even just for a day (I came here while I was on a cruise for a day- wish I had one more day here)!

This is probably the best coffee shop in Amsterdam, the staff is so friendly and helpful and I got a free lighter with every purchase as a gift, also since I came in early morning to have a cappuccino they gave me one more on the house, and I was amazed how great the whole experience in this coffee shop was. Also, if that all didn’t sound good enough for you so far, the price of everything is so amazing and they always have some special deals and will give you great discounts if you purchase a lot. I highly recommend everyone to come and not waste time in other coffee shops because this one is THE BEST!!!

Worst weed I’ve ever smoked. It might just be this one strain that is absolute reggie, so just avoid the Purple Haze. Incredibly dry, no/bad aroma and a harsh smoke. I went back to tell them about this and all the guy could do is nod, seemed very unfriendly and uncaring.

I'd watch out for the purple haze it tasted sprayed Came here on most recent smoking trip to Amsterdam. I had never visited the store before and I always try to include cafes I have not smoked in before to the list. The overall feeling of the cafe was nice and relaxing offering live feeds of Amsterdam square on 2 HDTVs. Offering free toilets and they were clean. Speaking on the male toilets. Not sure on the female toilet front could be a train wreck. To the import part the weed. I had a gram of white widow which I found to be really nice and well worth trying. Paid €11 for a gram and got with it rip off raws and a lighter. My friend had bough the purple haze and on first inspection it looked a bit off. Liked someone had tried to spray the colour on to it. Had a bit of a chemical taste when done threw a bong. Overall I would say this place is worth a stop by when visiting the city on first time or on repeated visit to the city. Being honest only came here cause good times next door was super busy

I love this place and have visited on both occasions I've gone to Amsterdam. I would love to give this place a 5 star but the drinks are super expensive and you have to purchase them to sit in and smoke. The music is typically great but can sometimes be a bit intense during the day if you're having a morning smoke. However, staff are really friendly and help you choose the best weed for your level of tolerance and really know their stuff. Also some seats outside for when it gets too hot or smokey indoors and the decor inside is brilliant so overall a really chill place that many people would enjoy.Would definitely recommend, especially for people who are new to the coffeeshop experience.

Nice chill atmosphere, great to go to regularly as they don't hassle you to buy from weed menu just to sit inside. Prices a bit better than rest although, even though getting a drink is nice to smoke with, they will force you to buy a drink at times and there is a bald guy who cleans constantly and nagging to buy a drink which can turn the mood down quickly. Overall recommend it!

Amazing place, I did not partake of their brand of 'tobacco' but accompanied someone who did. Very friendly place, the seating area was opulent with Arabic style tables. You really felt you were in a Moroccan coffee bar (yes I have been in one). The coffee hear was really good too and reasonably priced. Oh and for those purchasing 'tobacco' on the premises...I am told it is very good quality and even available in half gram quantities.

This place has a wonderful back area with spacious comfortable seating and lighting, relaxed but not cliche music, and refreshing foods and drinks. Being a bit off the beaten path, it has a much smaller crowd that tends not to be as touristy. Highly recommend!

My favourite coffeeshop in Amsterdam! The decor is great with comfy spaces to chill and unwind. They play good RnB music with a great selection of herbs and brownies. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Make sure you try out the hot chocolate if you're visiting during the cold months. ☺️

Hands down the BEST coffee shop I went to!! Amazing place, great atmosphere, comfortable coaches and The staff are super friendly and happy to explain any questions about the weed you might have... If you want Great weed then try the CANDY KUSH, STRAWBERRY HAZE and my favourite APPLE HAZE!! Plus you can buy wax here... Not many places you can. Will 100% be coming again!!

Putted my apple haze into toilet. I think its sprayed or they put flavor in plants. It was not natural. I cant say its 100% true . But also owner of a better shop told me its spray. Dont know what to believe. Everybody need find out by themselves

Very friendly staff. Lower than average prices. Apple skunk may be the tastiest to be had in the city. House glass, grinders and other accoutrements for use. Can't moor table couch and cushion lounge. Music is usually an electric mix of covers and originals. Not the best name, but certainly top five CS in amsterdam.

Been amsterdam 3 times this year and this is the best coffeeshop to date, very clean menus precise. Music is good. Staff gave me free pack of skins tips and a lighter also for buying. Purple haze was OK nice mellow. But I really advise the strawberry and apple haze down to the taste the smell and how hard it hits you. Incredible weed. Guttered I'm not there now :(
