This coffee shop was banging! Felt like a young persons hotspot and deffo recommend. Toilets could be better though felt like they opened up right on to the floor , not much privacy and not stocked up.

I came inside and the guy at the door asked my ID. No problem but i sat down and there came another guy to me asking my ID again so i showed the guy and told him that it already had been asked. He was a bit rude. The guy where I bought the weed from just put it without effort in the sack and was also rude. I come here every week normally it is a good coffeeshop but today on a friday the people were annoyed. BTW small toilet. There is a girl working also and she is doing almost al the work and is very kind. the rest of the guys are just standing around not giving a good energy and doing bad work.

Love greenhouse. Best coffee shop, best weed. Blond polm and pink mango are the best! Definitely recommend. Staff super duper helpful and take pride in what they sell. Always super busy, great vibe but wish it was bigger so we could actually sit down there for once haha!

They have a lot of different names, but my favorite one is "Creators of Champions". Try this shop out, without any hesitation. I *highly* suggest Amnesia! Staffs are friendly, every time I visit here. Thank you folks!

I’ve been waiting a few months for the right time to write this once my anger had subsided, mainly to stop myself swearing to make sure this review definitely gets published and never ever deleted! . I’ve made 2 visits this year. The first was in the middle of may 2023 and the 2nd time on a separate visit was end of august this year so very recent. The staff are absolutely the rudest I’ve encountered in all my 15 visits to amsterdam. The first time they were so rude just at the fact that I put my cigarette box down on the table for a minute while I was arranging some of my things. Being a lone traveller, I thought to secure my belongings before putting my cigarettes away. The guy came to my table and pointed to the cctv camera saying “they “ will kick you out for having your cigarettes box on the table. He also “told” me to take my baseball cap and hoodie off. This is all after I’ve just spent over 100 euros at their shabby centrum shop right off one of the canals. Obviously I didn’t stay very long, and promptly left to find a more friendly surrounding to smoke the spliff I’d just rolled. I really didn’t want to go back a 2nd time, but the silver haze they had the first time was the most uplifting weed I’d smoked in a long time, and wanted to go back for more. I went back in august where it seemed a bind if either Israeli or Spanish staff, until now I suspected they were Spanish, but in light of what’s going in in the world now, they may very well have been Israeli, which would explain the bad attitude and behaviour towards my Arab looking clarttttt. Anyway just so you all know they were very rude the 2nd time, and after spending around 70-80 euros on 5 grams of the silver haze, it was rubbish. No strength, horrible nasty tobacco style after taste (the irony) and I vow to neve go back to that s hole ever again except for when I go back to amsterdam again in November, and I’m taking anti greenhouse amsterdam centrum stickers with me to put up in many many places in the vicinity of the s hole!!!! Put that in your pipe and smoke it a holes. I literally wish misery upon all of you ! With love x

Very helpful chap who we asked about taking space cakes (hash induced vanilla muffin - 0.4% think he said). He suggested only taking half, as it was my 1st time, which I did, but nothing happened, (took around noon), however, I took the other half later that evening, and my partner took the whole cake, and yes they definitely kicked in. Maybe because we were also drinking. So glad that we had them together as we we're laughing and talking jibberish for around 3 hrs, whilst trying to act normal in an Indian restaurant.

I was wearing my celtic jersey, English lad working there told me only rangers fans were allowed there. I can take a joke but I did not appreciate the way he said it. He was lucky I was in a good mood and just want to have a good time.

Great atmosphere and hospitality! Was served by a really friendly Italian man I believe his name is Fe? I may be wrong, but he was super friendly and was kind enough to give us local food recommendations as it was our first time in Amsterdam !

Very laid back atmosphere and very good weed. No wonder there are so many pictures with celebrities in their shop. We had the lemon haze and it was great. My girl was wasted for four days and she's such a good girl when she smokes weed haha

Product is decent enough, definitely better than most others in this area of the city. Great staff and ambiance, go early and grab a table outside (or wait for one) to enjoy the view of the canal!

Very rude employees working at the bar, I just asked them for a pre rolled joint and they told me that they don’t have it and they suggest me to take an other one and when I didn’t agree with him and I kindly ask him to give me an other one from the menu, he was like. Bro , I only can give you that, he didn’t let me choose anything else. So bad.

This was my 2nd fav coffeeshop, 1st one being the other branch they have in haarlemmeerstraat, but the renovation broke the atmosphere it had. The bar is gone, replaced with a bigger faster dispensary, which i'm sure makes it easier for any one to purchase, i can see that this is definitely more profitable. They had volcano vaporizers, they are gone too :( . But i don't think i'm going to spend time in this shop anymore. If you wanna just buy stuff and be on your way, it's still the best. Staff is great, friendly., helpful. Not a place to hang out for me anymore. Sad.

Visited several times on our visit to Amsterdam, this was my favorite coffee shop, great chilled atmosphere, open late & friendly knowledgable staff. Our companion had the worst whitey I've seen in my life & the staff there were great, really helpful & totally revived him with HONEY

Would give it a -1 if I could. would avoid at all costs. Women over ther was so rude and so was the cartoon looking bold guy. Spent quite a lot of money and was made to feel very unwelcome when I had no where to put my drink and I asked to put it over there but she goes ‘I’ll Chuck it’ the cheek. People pay for these things u know. They don’t come free. I would avoid going here as much as possible.

Comfortable and modern coffee shop with a good selection of weed. Seems to be quite popular with tourists. Decided to sit out front which has a wonderful view of the canal

Okay this place awesome!great quality strains. It gets a bit crowded and when it gets full it’s hard to tell where is the queue starts & hard to know who’s next. if they fix that’s it would be perfect. the space cake is a must try.

Open late and open very early as well. This coffeeshop next to the canals is very hip and very cool. It’s a bit catered toward tourists but that’s okay. I’ve been getting their indics and sativa products. Would recommend to anyone whether local or tourist. It’s worth a visit if you’re in the area

One of the oldest coffeeshops around. Coming here for nearly 20 years . Just lost its class and charm it had over the years. Good smoke however if you want to CHILL and beat the tourist. Go to greenhouse on harlemestraat. Centrum unfortunately this time not lived up to reputation . Bar tender away with the fairies. Weighed up my request and kept looking around. Twice I said excuse me . You gonna pack it for me or shall I just stand here. Worth a trip but not worth the prices and efforts

Very nice staff. I went in because I needed to charge my phone, they let me, I sat as long as I needed to and no hassle. The clientele was quite a mixed bag. Very cool place.

Same as in the second location I reviewed (pijp): "One of best Amsterdam Coffeeshop. Really high quality stuff for cheap prices (around 13e/g). They sell my favorite Super Lemon Haze and it's of superb quality, really energetic and clear-headed high with sweet lemon aroma. Also really nice staff (what isn't a norm, check out Coffeeshop roots if you want to get low guality customer service). Unfortunately first and last visit to this establishment. For all dog lovers - kindly stay away! We were welcomed to the outdoor terrace, served and even provided with water for the dog until a gentleman came to inform us that dogs are not allowed. We thought he was joking until he literally removed our untouched drinks and brought the money back (yet kept the tips) Maybe in the future make sure your staff is also aware of the rules that you pose on your beloved guests…

Friendly staff, good vibe, but it seems disingenuous to say this is a pre-roll joint. If you're coming from the US, these aren't the pre-roll joints you're used to. They're filled with at least 50% tobacco and there's a decent amount of stems in there, too. This should be labeled a spliff instead. Green House isn't the only shop: This seems the norm at Amsterdam coffee shops. Apparently you can buy straight flower and ask them to roll it for you, but I'd just get a grinder and a pipe.

Awesome place! Only minus are prices of premium weed, but in this place you can find everything you want. They have herbs to mix, 5$ minimum, good music, and open late till 1 in night even in regular summer days. If you are tourist you want vidit this one

The coffeeshop is located in the center and in the immediate vicinity of the red light district. Certainly a tourist magnet - however, it is very inviting and offers a wide range of quality products. In case you walk by, don't miss to visit this place.

Love this place! I last visited during restrictions so they were only doing takeout but the staff were really friendly and super knowledgeable with great recommendations. Even though I was there fairly briefly the place has such a great vibe. Can’t wait to visit again properly:)))

They now have more budtenders which is awesome. Downside is that staff could be friendlier and less rushed (all seem quite young and inexperienced). Interior could use a more friendly vibe as well as the couple tables outside. Top weed (Super Lemon Haze is a must) in Amsterdam, remaining my first choice when visiting the city, but wouldn't recommend as smoking lounge.

This seems to be a good first spot for tourists. It's a reasonable sized coffeeshop with 2 bars, front and back, with bar stools and tables with benches and short stalls. They check IDs so please bring with you. They have a large variety of produce with lots of different types to choose from. I relaxed in the window seating. I enjoyed the view of the canal and red light district.

Fantastic place. Love to support this team and all that they do. Fantastic quality and selection. A little pricier than others but you get the best. Wish they were able to sell merchandise. They definitely get busy. We were lucky to get a spot around 11pm

I was there twice. Popular place. But no free place always! In shop if you are not smoke personal will be not friendly. Prices are high but quality is high too. So.. its easy to find more pleasent place... there are about 7 in 300 meters around...

Great shop! Don’t expect to have a seat as there is a crowd here almost everyday. They product / weed selection is amazing! Although most strains you can find In other shops now too. But if you feel your haze is up to scratch, visit anyone of the Green House shops, their product will not let you down .

Top 5.Busy, bustling cafe with a buzz. Seating outside aswell as inside (very popular with the locals). Great weed, great prices on drinks, great internal decor, arty tables, has volcano on bar, gentle security all in all a must visit.

Super popular coffeeshop, visited by many celebrities from all over the world!! Get there early if you need specific strains, space cakes or pre-rolled joints because they sell out quickly. Cozy little place that can get packed very easily, so be aware of limited seating. Just ask if you can join a table, strike up a conversation and you might even make new friends

Nice but a little expensive. Many less expensive options exist in Amsterdam but this place primarily caters to tourists. Good selection of smokes though so if you want something nice, might be worth the money.

Really good location, venue, staff, tunes and a elections. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the sales staff for the cannabis were very knowledgeable; above the sales tips and knew more about the strains than most people (outside of a passionate grower) . His passion was clear in his technique and talking which made the experience more enjoyable for sure.10/10 would recommend

This coffee shop was so cool. We sat at the bar which was uncomfortable but that's purposeful to stop you staying all day which would be easy. Highly recommend a visit

Very nice place, my go to when in Amsterdam. Weed is amazing and not as expensive compared to other cofee shops in the area. There is a decently sized smoking area so you should be able to find seats.

Really lovely place. The only coffee shop I could find that wasn't blaring bassy trap music all day. Switches a bit in the evening, but when I went in the morning they were playing Whitney Houston among other things. Good selection on the menu, most of the staff are super friendly. Good coffee, good smokes, good vibes.

We went in a few coffee shops looking for a nice place to relax and not just get baked. We actually wanted a coffee and a comfy seat too. We found that here. The staff were very helpful and the coffee was nice. It was very busy and of course most of the customers were smoking, as to be expected in Amsterdam. There was a coffee bar at the front where we got a lovely coffee and a cake from (space cake, was very yummy) and there was a place at the back where you could buy pre-rolled spliffs.

The staff (young girls) who 'serve' there will do their best to ignore you while chatting away with each other, comparing tattoo's and photographing them. Be prepared for an abrupt, almost rude reply if you dare ask a question.. Made to feel very unwelcome . I must say thou the English guy who serves at the back couldn't be more knowledgeable and helpful..if it wasn't for him we would have given no stars.

My experience was terrible. Although the weed quality was really good, the staff wasn’t pleasing at all. I was with a friend and the card machine had its carbon paper put in the wrong way, so when we payed it didn’t print out, only the paper came out. So we spend like 15m discussing this with the lady, which made a great deal about it, that doubted us saying how would she know we actually payed for that, when it wasn’t even our fault. So they apparently were very bad trained. Then she decided to print every sale made with the machine and see if ours printed out. And, obviously she realized the paper was put in the wrong way. She put it in the right way. And even so, she didn’t realize that was why our sale wasn’t printed!!!! Then all of my highness went straight to this anxiety scenario and I started to feel very sick. They took me outside and gave me honey. And I asked my friend to buy some French fries elsewhere. Obviously we couldn’t eat it in their table, but I couldn’t move or speak properly, so we just sat there waiting til I felt good enough to walk again. But then another waitress just comes in and asks very rudely for me to take off it. And I asked “take it off the table?” And she said yes. And I did so, but like, it was closed. You couldn’t even know it was some food from some place else. And she just said that really pissed off and ignorantly. It’s a touristic area, they should be nice to tourists, it’s them who mostly sustain these stores in these places. Very bad experience! >:(. And I didn’t even tell all about it.

Awesome selection of trees, lots of "cup winners". Very nice setiva options. Usually very crowded but once you get a spot you can chill and the staff are super friendly. The smoothies are delicious. Definitely a lot of tourists but not as super young as Bulldog crowd.

Friendly honest staff, weed prices were high but you get what you pay for (€18 per gramme of Pure Kush) nice spot next to canal and fairly roomy premises. Thumbs up!
