Exceptional coffeeshop, every time I visit Amsterdam i always visit best freinds coffeeshop , never had a bad experience with this establishment, bit of a walk from central tho ,well worth the walk , or you can get a tram , very good value for money.

The Cannacentre Best Friends is a great coffee shop in Amsterdam East. I've found that the staff here are always helpful and can assist with any enquiries you might have. I wanted to have a specific effect and they told me how to achieve it which was awesome. It's a take-out service only but it was a nice place to get decent smokes.

Arrived 15 min before closing time and waited in line. 5 min before closing time (19:55) , the security guy just sent us away saying we're closed. Only one person was in front of me so i could have easily gotten in and out before 8. This is not how you treat customers, especially not when they are on time.

Super nice people and great selection, cool interior too. The special cakes are insanely delicious and beautiful, watch the video playing of how they make it and you will buy one. Really good prices as well. My fav spot since I moved here.

Pros: Edible cupcakes! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonably priced. Cons: Out of the way from the main tram lines. Not too bad, about 6 minute walk from the next tram stop. The chocolate strawberry edible cakes we're awesome and delicious! The staff were knowledgeable enough to tell me (without asking) the THC content and I think this is very important. They seem to be asking questions and making sure you know your own tolerance, or if you didn't, they had guidelines to tell you how much you should take in the beginning. Overall a trustworthy store!

Just bought my last bag from here, friday 07/09/2018 20:30 uur, bought 1 gram , got home and in weighed 0,84 gram. It's certainly not the first time or second. To be honest : If you have enough energy and time and do go back, you'll get the missing bud and a sorry about that. It's too rainy now. Apparently the managment allows for the workers to steal from their costumers. Be warned.

Great shop, it's a small place basically just two counters. The people working there are often busy in conversation with each other or regulars, so they might not seem too friendly when you aren't a regular. When they know you they are always super nice, and some of them really know their products well. The quality of the weed is good and consistent. There are many good shops in Amsterdam but this is my absolute Favourite in East.

Coming from the US to Amsterdam, this is the closest smoke shop to the Stay Okay hostel. You can buy whatever you need at the outlet in the residential area, but you will need to move to the second location in the commercial districts to smoke. The staff were very friendly and professional, all around a very cozy spot.

I wish there was a place to hang out and smoke inside but the staff was very patient and helpful, even suggesting other coffeeshops that do have smoking areas. I would definitely recommend, if you want good service and quality weed at good prices.

Quick, knowledgeable, professional. Was served immediately, the staff answered questions thoroughly, and the products were high quality. Not a super extensive menu, but I honestly think that's a good thing. Would recommend to anyone visiting.

I moved to Amsterdam a year ago from America, and by now I have been to pretty much every coffee shop in Amsterdam multiple times. So I can tell you that as a tourist and a local, Best Friends is the best coffee shop to go to. There is an excellent menu with many options and everything is very good quality, as well as some of the best prices in all of Amsterdam. They also have the strongest space cakes I've had here. The entire staff is extremely warm and helpful, but in a real way. Not like that fake nice when you go to most places, these guys are genuine. So if you're a weed lover who who likes lots of choices, good quality, good prices, and a great staff ... GO TO BEST FRIENDS!
